No Refund Policy
All payments made to Sujay’s Health Care Private Limited are non-refundable. This policy applies to:
- Registration fees
- Course fees
- Workshop fees
- Training program fees
Once a payment has been processed, we will not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Inability to attend the course or program
- Dissatisfaction with course content or delivery
Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, in exceptional cases, at our sole discretion, we may consider requests to defer participation to a future program. Such requests must:
- Be submitted in writing to suvizclinicalhub@gmail.com.
- Be made at least [X] days before the program start date.
Approval of such requests is not guaranteed and remains subject to availability and internal review.
